The flag of Bolivia, officially known as the Flag of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, was initially adopted in 1851.
Symbolism and Design
The flag consists of three equal horizontal bands of red, yellow, and green. The central yellow band features the national coat of arms, which depicts a condor holding a laurel wreath and a shield adorned with mountains, a sun, and a llama.
